It's your frog human Jeffrey here with some mental breakdown tips.
Below you will see 5 different step by step ways to calm yourself.
Way 1- Listen to music
Step 1-open YouTube Music/ Spotify/ Apple Music/ etc..
Step 2-go search for (Taylor Swift folklore or evermore)
Step 3-find the lyrics video
Step 4-sing along
Way 2-Vent to diary in poetry (sometimes causes more stress if you mess up so be careful)
Step 1- open a google doc or your diary
Step 2- Grab a pen (NOT TO STAB YOURSELF WITH!!!)
Step 3- Pour your heart out
Way 3- Stress Do Stuff
Step 1- Grab a bracelet making kit or a needo
Step 2- Play with the stuff/ make stuff
Way 4- Braid Your Hair (doesn't work for all people cuz yk hair length) (sometimes causes more stress if you mess up so be careful)
Step 1- Go to a mirror
Step 2- Just braid (no rubber bands needed)
